Looking for a more bespoke approach to your yoga journey?
I offer one to one (or one to two) one hour private classes. These sessions are perfect if you’re looking for that personal, individualised attention approach. With me in your corner, you will be achieving your goals in no time, whether that’s working towards your headstand, or simply finding ways to relax more in your day to day life.
Online Sessions
Sessions are running online. Whether you’re in Bristol or Bahrain, we can work together at a time which suits your schedule.
In-person Sessions
I am also happy to provide private yoga classes from the comfort of your home (If you live in the Nottinghamshire area).
Prior to the sessions, I offer a FREE 30 minute wellness profile consultation which will help me to tailor your yoga needs, whether that’s looking at building your flexibility, or just taking more time out for yourself and prioritising your mental health needs.
